Privacy: practices to confirm.
Current local data behavior and the unresolved questions for a publishable privacy notice.
Draft — not a published privacy policy. Controller details and broader data practices need confirmation.
What local operating records contain
Environment records can contain supplied source context, artifacts, observations, inference metadata, usage and evidence/events. Machine authentication and human inspection use separate credentials. A model’s private inference service and executor must be configured by the operator.
These implementation facts do not establish every deployment’s collection, sharing, analytics or model-training practices. Do not infer a no-training promise or data residency guarantee.
Release and retention are different
Releasing an environment withdraws temporary resources and queues cleanup. Source history, artifacts and evidence remain retained. Release is not a deletion request, erasure guarantee or shutdown of shared services.
Retention schedules, backups, deletion procedures, subprocessors, international transfers and incident obligations need operator confirmation before publication.
Help search and contact drafts
Help filters a bundled article index in the page. The contact draft uses component memory without an API, localStorage or sessionStorage write; it provides no delivery action. Reloading clears the component’s draft. Browser behavior outside this component is not controlled by this statement.
These local behaviors are not a site-wide analytics or cookie inventory. Any future privacy controls must reflect actual deployed services and work before they are offered.
Rights and responsible contact unresolved
The data controller, applicable jurisdictions, lawful bases, rights request process and verified privacy contact are not confirmed. A final notice needs that information and an effective date. No unsupported consent, opt-out or deletion control is shown.
