Terms of service: draft outline.

Topics to resolve before commercial terms can be published. This outline does not establish a service agreement.

Draft — not published terms. Operating entity, jurisdiction and commercial conditions are unconfirmed.

Service scope to define

The present product is a bounded local operating layer for registered digital work. A future agreement needs to identify the supplier, eligible users, deployment model and supported capabilities without treating walkthrough concepts as delivered services.

Responsibilities to define

The agreement must distinguish the caller’s task ownership from OPERE’s operating conditions, verification scope and the deployment operator’s responsibilities. Authority, source rights and review of consequential actions need explicit treatment.

Commercial and legal matters unresolved

Fees, billing, service availability, support, warranties, liability, termination, governing law and dispute handling require operator decisions and legal review. Pricing examples do not establish rates or active billing. This page invents none of those terms.

Publication and contact

A final version needs an effective date, change process, identified contracting entity and verified legal contact destination. Those publication details are not available here.
